Yes, Our Malshi & Shorkie Puppies Are Ready!

What a beautiful time of year with a little hint of autumn in the air!

Willowbrook Kennel is busy with a veggie garden laden with produce, peaches being canned this week, and of course, taking care of our adorable puppies!

It takes a wonderful team to get everything done, and we managed to squeeze a photo session into our busy schedule just yesterday morning. We are mighty pleased to present our Malshi litter.

Mama is a pure Shih Tzu bred with a pure Maltese male. She is mighty pleased with her two very gentle, laid-back boys and the three little girlies that made their appearance on June 17, 2023.

Our caring vet has carefully checked over each little one, listened to their tiny heartbeat, given them their first shots, and also deworming. He has deemed them very healthy indeed! Yes, their mama certainly has looked after them well. (Update: the Malshi are all happily sold!)

If that litter wasn’t enough cuteness for you, please check out this Shorkie litter. Mama is a pure Yorkie bred with a pure Shih Tzu, and this beautiful litter arrived on June 18, 2023. Don’t they make cute puppies together?

Wow! What fun we had trying to photograph this litter. Shorkies have more energy than all of our other breeds and certainly made our photographer work to capture them for you. Can you guess which gender gave us the most fun?

Yup, the little girls! The people that will choose those girls will have so much wiggly fun! I hope you have a yard to run around with them! The boys were actually way more laid back . . . Snappity snap, and they were done!
