Welcome to our blog! Willowbrook Kennel is mighty pleased to introduce you to this beautiful litter of Malshi that arrived on February 20th, 2024! Three adorable girls and one handsome boy complete this healthy litter.

I love how alert they were for the photo session and cocked their heads for the photographer on cue. All the girl puppies in this litter are sold, leaving only the boy. So happy that the two girls posted in the first image are going to leave together and will continue romping and playing together after their pickup.

We needed a portrait of just him without his siblings. What an adorable fluff ball! He has such a sweet nature, is so alert and very loveable! Is he the right one for your family? Or, what about the following two?

Hello February & Hello Adorable Puppies!

Turning the calendar page to February brings fresh hope that spring is near, and it also means that we finally could photograph these two adorable litters almost ready to leave.

Willowbrook Kennel which is found in the heart of Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada, is mighty pleased to introduce you to this adorable litter of pure Shih Tzu puppies that arrived on December 7, 2023. We are in love with their sweet disposition and beautiful markings.

Four beautiful girls and one lone boy in this litter are healthy and growing more playful and fluffy with each passing day. Only the girls in the first image are still available to find a loving home. We are so pleased to inform you that the others have found a home. In fact, the boy and girl in the last image are going to remain together forever, since one family has adopted them both. How heartwarming is that?

There is also a beautiful Toy Poodle waiting to find his forever home!

An adorable pink-nosed, blue-eyed gal and her black button-nosed brother arrived on December 5, 2023. Isn’t their coloring absolutely beautiful? The boy awaits a loving home.

Each wagging puppy from Willowbrook is carefully health inspected by a vet, given their first shots and deworming before they can leave their warm and cozy nest here which has in-floor heating.

Born on July 17, 2023, in a litter of six, these boys are ready to graduate from their life here into the cozy comfort of your family home! They are vet checked, dewormed and have their first and second set of vaccines. Each has a health record completed. They’ve certainly grown more fluffy since this photo was taken, and their three happy siblings have already been chosen. These three are priced to sell!

Up next, we have a handsome Morkie (Maltese x Yorkie) boy, one of our most affectionate pups. He’s busy playing, romping, growing (lots since this portrait was taken), and loves giving anyone as many sweet kisses as they allow! He’s the real deal. Do you want a charmer? This is the one! Now happily sold!

You can be confident that Morkie Boy is healthy. He has received all his shots: the first and second vaccinations and the rabies vaccine. Besides our November discount, you do not have to worry about these. Of course, we will send along the health records from our trusted vet.

Aren’t these two adorable? Born in May, these Shih Poo boys also have their first and second set of shots along with their rabies vaccine. Yorkie Girls & A Happy Update!

What a beautiful start to a brand-new month here at Willowbrook Kennel. Can you believe this weather? July heat in October, I will not complain!

It is with joy we announce the arrival of our adorable litter of pure Yorkies on August 12, 2023! These two girls are so alert and responsive; what a delight to photograph them for you!

Each little pup will be carefully checked by a vet to ensure they have a healthy heartbeat, teeth, eyes, hips, and joints as they should be. They will also receive their first set of shots and deworming before leaving.
I know these two Yorkies will only last for a while, so call 519-664-0645 to reserve one to bring home later this month.

It’s always exciting to receive an email with a photo of a pup that has left us for their forever home. We do love to see how they are growing, and also we love to hear how things are going. Check out this cutie named Vanilla! Her family shares:

Mid-Summer Puppies Waiting For You!

Welcome! I am so happy you landed here!

Willowbrook Kennel has the most adorable litter of Maltipoo pups to show off to you on this beautiful August day!

It’s hard to believe we have already surpassed the mid-summer holiday weekend, and we get to introduce you to this adorable litter that arrived safe and sound on June 6th, 2023.

Three healthy Maltipoo boys and two little gals are each posing for their new family. We know the waiting families want to glimpse the sweet pup that was recently chosen since this litter isn’t quite old enough to leave us yet. Mama is a pure Maltese who was bred with a pure Toy Poodle. They certainly make beautiful offspring!

Yes, this litter is already spoken for, and we are very excited for each waiting family!

What a cutie, an absolute sweetheart! His siblings all left, one by one, and now he is waiting for the right family to choose him too!

Our pups are health inspected by a vet, given their first shots, and have completed their deworming. Each of our wagging tails will leave here with its health record, a printed photograph of the whole litter, and a cozy, soft blanket that smells like “home.” This will help ease the transplant into a new home.

Maltipoo Puppies & A Double, Happy Update!

It’s a brand-new week, and I have a brand-new litter of summer Maltipoo puppies to show you, along with a double “happy update” on two of our sweet puppies!

First of all, this super-soft litter of Maltipoo puppies arrived healthy and happy on May 27, 2023. Mama is a pure Maltese who was bred with a chocolate Toy Poodle male, and they both live here at Willowbrook Kennel. Dear Mama is definitely proud of her two boys and two girls and has been feeding them really well, and they each have flourished under her care.

We are mighty pleased to inform you that the two girls (top photo) have already been chosen, and the two boys are waiting for their turn to be selected. We know it won’t be long. This upcoming Saturday, families are booked to choose their forever pup from this Maltipoo litter, our Shih Poo litter, and what is left in our Malshi litter.

Many families find the pup they are longing for here, and we are mighty pleased to pass along this double, happy update.

“Hello, this is Mimi (a Malshi, born on May 12, 2019) and BonBon (a Peekapoo, born on March 31, 2016).  They are both very happy and healthy girls with very opposite personalities! Mimi loves playing with her toys and can play fetch ball all day long in our backyard (rain or shine).BonBon is content with being in pure relaxation mode and absolutely loves food and treats, she happily performs all her tricks for it!

But what both girls share is their pure excitement and joy to go on any outdoor adventures with their family – whether its the beach, hiking trails, parks or even short car rides to the store.

They are very important members of the family and every day we are so thankful to have them in our lives.  Adopting them was the best decision we ever made, life would be unimaginable without them.  We look forward to many more years of adventures, love, and happiness.

Adorable Morkies Have Arrived!

A cheery “Good Day” to you from Willowbrook Kennel! What a beautiful, sunshiny start to this last weekend in May!

With joy, we present this gorgeous litter of Morkies that arrived safe and sound on March 30, 2023. One wee girl (we had to prop her up higher in the basket) and three bouncing boys are available to choose from!

Mama, to this healthy, happy litter is a pure Yorkie that we bred with a pure Maltese! They certainly make beautiful puppies together, and we are now opening up our phone line for you to call to reserve one of these little ones ready to leave us the first weekend in June! 519-664-0645.

What fun we had with these Morkies during their photo session yesterday morning! They absolutely loved the special attention from our four and six-year-old nieces visiting for the day. They decided they wanted to be the photographer’s assistant!

Yes, our pups enjoy being around all ages. A definite joy to bring into your home!

Each wagging tail has been carefully checked by a vet and given the first set of vaccinations and deworming! You can feel absolutely confident in the quality of our small breed dogs since we specialize in the smaller breed dogs, and that is all we breed. They do require more care in the early weeks of their wee life, and this is why we keep them longer with their mama and with us here . . . to make sure they receive the utmost care and support needed to grow into the strong, gentle, well-rounded characters that they are.

Mid-Week Puppies!

Happy Wednesday to all our dog-loving readers from Willowbrook Kennel!

What a glorious November morning to take a drive through the rural parts of Waterloo Region for another fun photo session with this absolutely adorable Shih Poo litter.

Busy Mama is a Shih Tzu who was bred with a Toy Poodle who welcomed these five on September 5, 2022!

I can’t believe how they much these cuties grew in just one week. It was planned to have their photos taken last week but that was halted since I thought they needed one more week to fluff out a bit more. That was the perfect decision.

It really is amazing how alert and cuddly they are. Lots of puppy kisses from this litter, and I am so proud of how they interacted with me in front of the camera. No worries, please! There was a spot checker with these wiggly pups. In fact, hands are mostly on them except for a few seconds when the camera is clicked.

The two girls are already spoken for, as is the prim and proper boy posing outside of the bucket. He did surprising well, without the support!

The remaining two, button-nosed, round-eyed Shih Poo boys will not last long. Call soon, if you are interested.

Yes, they are vet-checked, dewormed and have their first shots!!! You will receive the health record and also a photo of this litter.

The Shih Poo boy has found a home! Yay! So excited for the family that picked him up this afternoon! Best wishes for your first night together!

Will You Love Me?

A wonderful, good day to you from Willowbrook Kennel!

My home is cozy here, with in-floor heating, they tell me. I had a wonderful time since my birth on July 8, 2022. Caring nieces and nephews of this place spent their summer holidays playing with me and my siblings.

I miss my four siblings who left me for their wonderful, forever homes now. You can check out the photos from us when we were smaller here. Please scroll down in that blog post where you see our cute faces!

The photographer from yesterday’s photo session took this updated photo for you. I heard her telling Annie, the friendly owner here, that this little boy isn’t going to be here long. I think she was talking about me. She said I am gentle, affectionate and will be so very loyal. She looked deep into my round eyes and said this will be the perfect lap dog for someone.

She is right! I will love you for as long as I am alive and will always wag my tail for you and wash your face with my little, pink tongue.

Maltipoo & Malshi Cuties!

Hello! Welcome to Willowbrook Kennel‘s blog! We are so happy you are here after a beautiful Thanksgiving weekend!

Our curious, energetic Malshi litter also arrived in the late summer . . . August 14, 2022, to be exact! Four boys and one, little gal are busy playing, growing, and finally weaned from their Shih Tzu mama. She was bred with a pure Maltese and they sure make adorable fluffballs.

As you can see, the sweet gal pictured on top is already spoken for, as are the boys on the bottom. We have two, fun characters waiting for their forever home, sitting in the middle!

Each little one is health checked by a vet, given their first shots and deworming!
